cNGN: what it is and what can be measured

A naira token issued by a Nigerian consortium and meant to be worth one naira, with the naira held in reserve at a bank the Central Bank of Nigeria regulates. It moves on public blockchains, so anyone can count how many exist.

Mostly on base (59.1%), bnb (25.4%), celo (10.5%).
This counts cNGN everywhere in the world. A public blockchain does not record which country a holder is in, so 20kobo cannot tell you how much of this is Nigerian, and does not guess.
Why a Nigerian investor might care
The only one of these four issued in Nigeria and denominated in naira, so its supply is the closest thing to a direct measure of regulated naira on public blockchains.
